 Online Pre-Bidding for Auction Events

Let us set up an online auction for pre-bidding for all auction items for your Event. Most of our clients receive higher bids and funds from new sources when we set up an Online Auction for pre-bidding on items.

  • Allow Participation for Members that will not be able to attend

  • Auction Notification goes out to all our approved online bidders to reach new interested parties.

  • More Bidders = More Competition = More Money

We allow online Pre-Bidding until the evening before your Event.  After Online Pre-Bidding has closed, we print the online current winning bids and the maximum bids that online bidders are willing to pay.  Table monitors receive the current winning bids as the starting bid amount for Silent Auction items and can bid for the online bidders until they win the item or their maximum bid has been reached.  The clerk for the Live Auction will bid on behalf of the online bidders for the Live Auction portion of the event.
