ONLINE AUCTIONS:
Click on any Register link to register to
bid online. Required information:
To view all current
auctions, click the "Auction Calendar" link at the top of the page or
scroll down the page to pick an auction.
After finding an auction,
click on "All Items" too see all items in that auction or pick a
category.
To Bid, enter the "Next
Bid Required" as "Your Bid" and if you would like the system to bid on
your behalf, enter "Your Maximum" bid. Scroll down to the bottom
of the page, enter your bidder number & password, then click on
"Submit Bid". If this is your first time bidding on that auction,
you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then
confirm that you would like your bid(s) submitted.
If you will be away from your
computer and you currently have the high bid on an item and would like to
increase your maximum bid:

Do not enter anything in
"Your Bid" - only enter the new "Your Maximum" amount.

Go to the bottom of the page
and enter your Bidder Number and Password and Submit.

The current bid amount will
stay the same and the computer will bid for you up to the new maximum
Our auctions have a
staggered ending like a live auction. Lot 1 closes first, then Lot
2, then Lot 3. The extended bidding feature can extend any lot
that receives a bid in the last 5 minutes before that lot closes.
If you are following the auction as each lot closes and you are outbid
in the 5 minutes prior to lot closing, the bidding will be extended on
that item for another 5 minutes to allow you to respond with a higher
bid.
If you are outbid in the
days leading up to auction close, you will receive an email update to
let you know you have been outbid. You will not be notified if you
are outbid on the day of the auction due to the high volume of bids.
